Silica Hydroxyl Magbeads For DNA Extraction 1μm, 50 mg / mL
1, Overview:
BeaverBeads™ coated with silicon are specially developed for nucleic acid extraction and purification. Magnetic silica microspheres are core-shell structure with superparamagnetic internal iron oxide kernel and external coated silica shell. The nucleic acid can be combined by hydrophobic effect, hydrogen bonding and electrostatic action in the solution of high salt and low pH, but won’t combined with other molecular, such as protein. Nucleic acid analysis is an important means of analysis in molecular biology, microbiology, clinical laboratory, forensic medicine and other fields.

3, Features:
1. Excellent nucleic acid binding capacity( greater to 20ug DNA/mg Beads) to ensure the extraction effect.
4, Note:
1. Do not freeze, dry or centrifuge the. Freezing, drying and centrifugation will cause the beads to agglomerate, and affect
the chemical activity of beads surface functional group.
2. Vortex the vial or pipette gently up and down to obtain a homogeneous dispersion before use.
